Prana Yoga Fit: Ep. 2


In this fast-paced world we live in we are all trying to juggle friends, family, work, social relations, and partners. Constantly multi-tasking, we often forget to care for ourselves. How can we give to others with don’t renew our own batteries? Too much multi-tasking can lead to imbalance which means we are easily distracted, stressed, and tired. In this episode of Prana Yoga Fit, we work on building a strong foundation in order to find our balance. We connect breath and movement to explore different asanas (“poses” in Sanskrit) which teach us to root down through our legs and feet while focusing the mind.
