Recently, I have been meeting lots of people who have never done yoga but want to try it. When I ask why they haven’t tried it, usually the answer comes down to not knowing what they are doing. I understand this. Anytime we start something new, it is scary! Especially as adults. That is when I decided a Yoga Basics 101 class was needed. In Yoga Basics 101, I break down some of the more popular poses so you can get more familiar with each pose, understand body alignment, and just become more confident in your practice.
