Prana Yoga Fit: Chandra Namaskar Ep. 6


Join Kimi Marin and Jennifer Oechsner as they melt tension away. This class flows through Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) to create a very grounding yoga session.  How many times have you wanted to work out but had no energy or thought that it was too late at night. We made this class odeal for yoga in the evening or on days when you are low in energy and desire a class that is more rejuvenating than awakening. We work through poses that help to keep you grounded and centered while rejuvenating your mind, body and spirit.
