The secret to finding grace, peace and stillness as you move on and off your mat is the connection you have to your breath. By breathing mindfully, you begin to stay present in everything you do; finding the joy of the Now as well as connecting to that perfect being that always resides within you. In this 30-minute total body workout, you will begin to learn the basic poses in yoga and how to combine breath and movement in order to start building strength and flexibility, lose weight and become more relaxed.
